This project taught me that sometimes words are powerful enough - just let them shine.
This project really showed me how powerful words can be when you let them shine. OnStar is all about its members, and their stories were at the center of what we wanted to share. We gathered real-life calls between OnStar advisors and members who reached out for help, covering everything from basic roadside assistance to life-threatening situations. Each call highlighted one key takeaway: OnStar was always there to support them. To bring these stories to life, we created kinetic animations that made the narratives visually engaging and really drove home the impact of what OnStar does.

Crystal
Crystal found herself in a tense situation when she discovered an intoxicated person seemingly passed out in her vehicle. In this critical moment, she turned to OnStar. An advisor swiftly responded, guiding her through essential steps with calm precision, ensuring safety and control in a potentially dangerous scenario. The advisor's expertise not only provided reassurance to Crystal but also underscored OnStar’s pivotal role in handling emergencies with confidence and care.

When Nicole's car veered off a bridge and landed in the water, OnStar was ready to assist. An advisor quickly connected with her, providing clear instructions and guidance to help ensure her safety until help arrived. This experience exemplified OnStar's commitment to delivering support in critical situations.

After Tracy and her son were rear-ended, OnStar’s Automatic Crash Response was activated. An advisor promptly assessed the situation, contacted emergency services, and provided reassurance to Tracy during her panic over her child's safety. This incident showcased the vital role OnStar plays in providing immediate assistance in emergencies.
